1. Planning, organizing, and controlling of new product design, molding, sampling and production. 2. Create all necessary product specifications, quality standards, measuring method and testing requirements. 3. Follow up the molding and sampling process, includes of wax injection, sand layers covering, casting, punching, welding, engraving, polishing, painting, plating, assembling, testing, etc... Check and modify production parameters, collect production capacity data, analyze measuring data, confirm quality, communicate with customer to update the new project situations. 4. Molding and sampling approval for mass production. Manufacturing cost calculation. Continual quality and production capacity improvement.

Department daily work planning and monitoring: 1) Calculation for each production process time, factory value and manufacturing fee for jewelry products. Process includes of stone seeing, stone cutting, stone matching, wax injection, wax-setting, casting, filling, stone setting, re-filling, special finishing (engraving, milgrain, sand blast, brushing), polishing, enamel and plating. 2) Create and check the gold weight, stone breakdown, findings and finishing requirements for jewelry products. 3) Silver Model Order place to Modeling Department once the Design Drawing Sheet is completed. 4) Silver Model Stock management standardize for lend and receipt, includes the checking of silver weight, style number, component pieces. Continual Improvement Projects: 1) Double check and rectify the silver model data on the Order Form and in the ERP System. 2) Update the gold weight, stone information, production time and manufacturing fee if the silver model complete repairing. 3) Create and update the work instructions, timely training for team members. 4) Monthly analysis for department workload, on time delivery rate and correctness rate. Analyze the quality problem, re-training and improve it.
