职位描述：
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 工作职责:
1. Coordinate efficient order flow of production information to related production Dept, timely and consistent availability of current/future order flow
2. Timly follow up with the GPM developments status, and raise up any potiential risk
3. Coordinate with GPM and ops for the development UAT tesing.
4. Timely follow up and feedback on the GPM timly launching status, escalate and coordinate when issue happens.
5. Assit leader to handle urgent/difficult tasks and ensure daily process can undergo smoothly
6. Provide coaching to new comers
7. Support other issue assigned by supervisor or team leader.
1. 了解系统订单流程，并及时与生产传递并沟通相关GPM改动信息，协调不同部门了解现有以及未来订单流程
2.及时跟进以及汇报GPM开发项目与状态.
3.协同GPM与生产做相关系统UAT测试
4.对GPM相关项目开发作后期的跟踪并如实上报，协作解决异常
5. 协助上司处理紧急复杂的任务以确保日常指标的完成
6. 培训新员工
7. 服从上司安排的其他工作.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU 职位要求:
1. can work under pressure and handle multi tasks
2. Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
3. good communication skill
4. good command of written and reading in English skill
5. Related project management working experience will be an advantage
6. Good at computer operation (Windows, MS Officeetc), Good Visio skill will be an advantage; 1. 头脑慎密、能面对工作压力、同时应付多重工作;
2. 有分析能力、懂挑选合适之生产方式;
3. 良好的人际沟通能力;
4. 英语读写良好;
5. 有项目管理等有关工作经验优先考虑;
6. 良好的办公软件应用能力. Visio 熟练的优先考虑
